So Termius states it’s provides a Linux client however it’s only a .deb file available which isn’t suitable for other distros (There is also no mention of the distros they support). Luckily the packages do a fairly simple job of it which means it can be extracted and manually installed.
Get the Install Wrapper over at Github Gist.
This script is fairly untested so it might not work as intended. The main aim is to extract the deb file, and then extract the actual application from data; it then removes the Debian/Ubuntu targeted cron job. I have not tested this much and it was only designed to run on Fedora.
I make no recommendations about Termius; this is simply a helpful script for other people that may (like myself) want to evaluate this tool and find that the marketing is not quite the reality.
